Forgot to mention, but I had also posted my player's guides for Pokemon Crystal and The World Ends With You on eBay two days ago.

Yes, I'm re-selling the latter of those. Final Remix is slated for December 31, so I'm hoping I'll get the guide for that updated version along with the game itself if it comes out earlier enough to get for Christmas, since that would be more efficient than having to look stuff up online. (There is also one boss I found rather tricky to defeat, since all tips online account only for the original DS version.)

Ate lunch out with Brian at Bagel Lovers. At one point, I ran my intentions by him to finally come back to Mother just to finish the walkthrough before finally giving it to him to play for himself. While just playing it on the sidelines would be one thing, he did tell me not to make a chore out of it, especially since it would probably take him months to play through himself.

With that, all that's left now is for him to write down some ideas he's started having for Magicant, and for me to recharge my muse with something new to play (that actually fulfills the criteria I described recently).

Went on back home to download Adventure Bar Story onto my phone, but decided to uninstall, since you need real money to pay for jewels and play the game to its full potential. (I would've had no issues with paying $0.99 every now and then for a specific food item in The World Ends With You, but here, you need jewels just to be able to cook among other things, and the most efficient deal you can get, to save money in the long run, is 700 for $99. (Then again, that other game did cost a regular amount just to install, while this only costed a starting fee of $3.19, tax included, which I did refund simply by un-installing it.)

From there, I looked into downloading Recettear from Steam, and discovered a bundle also containing two other games for less than the sum of their individual prices. One of them, Chantelise: A Tale of Two Sisters, was co-proposed with it as a supposed prequel back when I first proposed Game Gourmet itself, but the remaining one, Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone, does not seem related at all despite being published by the same company.

Deleted Chantelise from the trope for now, and gave Fortune Summoners its own sub-entry under one covering Carpe Fulgur itself.

Also asked Brian to bring me to the bank, but he didn't have the spoons for it, and told me that Mom already knows how much is in my account, and that her concerns as of recently aren't so much about me spending money at all, but about making impulsive decisions.

So, I've decided to wait from then until now so as to at least sleep on it, and so far, I'm still inclined towards this. Chantelise seems to have only one character to play as, but if mainly to reinstate that game, it should still be a fulfilling experience in its own right.
